Refund policy
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that are no longer wanted. All sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
To report an issue, please contact us at trendprdc@gmail.com and provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product if applicable.
Damages, Defective Products, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged;
- You receive the wrong item; or
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Once we evaluate and verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds, where approved, will be issued within 10 business days after confirmation.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how the issue will be resolved. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are not allowed for change of mind or non-defective products.
A full refund will only be processed if:
- The product is defective;
- The product arrives damaged; or
- You receive the wrong item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
